Qianye Engineering is a typical innovative high-tech enterprise, specializing in the cold rolling services and integration of metal coils. In the field of precision rolling of stainless steel, silicon steel and ultra-high strength steel, Qianye Engineering relied on its most complete production line service chain, the most abundant data accumulation, complete innovation system and R&D team, and focused on its brand-new 18Hi and 20Hi models, and realized the "double first" performance of the cold rolling unit in China and the industry for many years.

Since its establishment in 2009, Qianye Engineering has persisted in the investing in scientific research, always take "digestion and absorption, independent research and development, continuous innovation" as the corporate culture, and have long-term strategic cooperation with Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Baoxin Software, GE, and other domestic and foreign first-class professional companies, universities, and research institutes. After 13 years of exploration and continuous practice, Qianye people have deeply mastered the core technology of precision high-speed cold-rolled strips, based on these technologies, the original 18Hi and 20Hi models were improved by Qianye mode. Finally, relying on its excellent high-speed rolling stability and strong shape control ability, it has completely conquered the top users at home and abroad which includes China’s Baowu, Korea’s Posco, etc. and our mills have radiated to more than 10 countries around the world. Up to now, Qianye Engineering has built a total of more than 40 single mills, and installed nearly 30 sets of 18-roll tandem rolling mills. The cumulative annual production capacity of these units has exceeded 15 million tons. Qianye Engineering has become half of China’s stainless steel cold rolling mill manufacturing.

In order to further improve innovation efficiency and improve user service satisfaction, Qianye built a new super smart factory covering an area of more than 60,000 square meters in Yangluo Development Zone, Changjiang New District, Wuhan (200 million yuan) in 2020. The blessing of the high-end manufacturing capabilities of the new factory will definitely make Qianye stand out.
